Whose the guy from 21 Jump Street?

I bet a lot of my readers are ex-Preppy Cafe junkies. I know I am. Remember when E talked about finding the perfect t-shirt?

Well, I'm going to challenge her.

Now, don't get me wrong. I adored her and thought that her site was absolute perfection. I am, however, not a fan of the American Apparel tees that she so loved. I find that their items only work on figures like my little sis', who is a size zero and about a hundred pounds soaking wet.

Shouldn't we all be so lucky?

For the rest of us, locating the everyday layering piece is not always an easy task. Especially for a girl like me, who is in between sizes and has a hard time finding things that really, truly fit. (Though I can't seem to stop shopping. J. Crew just sent me a platinum card. Is this a gimmick or have I really spent that much money there?)

I recently stumbled upon KSTREET NYC, a company devoted to creating the perfect tee. Rather than sizing by small, medium, large, they use chest, waist and hip measurements for a more precise fit. The shirts are made from certified organic pima cotton. That sounds good, but I had to put the tee to the ultimate test - how does it feel against my face?

Like butter. Absolute butter.

I think the world of fashion just became a little bit friendlier to finicky gals like me, thanks to KSTREET NYC.

And although she has her pick of any old tee, I got the baby fashionista one in gray. Because I'm a really good sister.

OMG I miss Preppy Cafe! I will have to try this brand... as a not-so-skinny gal with 38EEEEEE (I only exaggerate a bit, you know this, you've seen them!) chest, it is hard to find something that isn't a.) from the men's department or b.) toooooo tight.

PS Miss you. Email date soon???

I totally fell for the J.Crew platinum card too. I didn't know whether to be flattered or horrified, but I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who the gimmick worked on :)
