This past weekend, my parents hosted a party for their 29th wedding anniversary, which was approrpriately themed, "29 is the new 30". The party was held at hotspot Pop Burger and was complete with napkins and M&Ms inscribed with this cute catchphrase. My parents were married on September 28, 1980 at the Pierre Hotel, which, coincedentally, is only a few blocks away from where we were celebrating on Saturday night.

My dress is Tracy Reese and my shoes and bag are Kate Spade.

I love this photo.

I gave a toast and cried the entire time I made it. After the tears subsided, it was time to party! We drank and danced the night away.

My parents are the most beautiful couple and I thank my lucky stars every single day that they're MINE. I am endlessly grateful for my family, friends, and to be surrounded by such wonderful people. Thank you to everyone who makes my life so sweet.

How wonderful! Always happy to see lasting, loving marriages (my parents as well). It seems like today they're more the exception than the rule!
P.S. LOVE your shoes!
Lovely! I hope my children say the same when they are grown.

SO exciting! Happy anniversary to your parents!
Was your mom a multi-dress bride??
For the record, my mom only wore one dress to her wedding. :) Jewish tradition calls for the bride's shoulders to be covered during the ceremony, so she wore a bolero jacket (and a cowboy hat... sadly, not shown here) over her dress. That's why it looks like there are several different dresses.
What a lovely party. Congrats to your parents!
Sounds like heaven! Love the outfit..you all look adorable!
The most beautiful family ever.
Very pretty!! I love the purse & shoes!
