My BlackBerry remained in my hand for four hours straight (next time, I need to wear an outfit with pockets) and I managed to get some really great pictures.

I took this when I arrived. I was running in heels to be on time, but forced myself to stop, snap a photo, and take it all in.

A pile of passes. Mine is now hanging on my bulletin board!

The stunning designer. I've had the pleasure of meeting many of the people that work for the company (including Nanette herself) and each and every single one is exceedingly lovely and kind, which is unusual in this industry.

This is the room that I spent most of my time in. Seeing the backstage process and the sheer amount of people involved in executing the show was so eye-opening.

Abigail Breslin. I've adored her for years and it was so fun to see her in person. No words can explain how adorable and poised this starlet is. In this day and age, it is SO refreshing to see such a young girl in the limelight remain, well, young. She was fresh-faced and soft-spoken.

Nanette and Abigail. The designer called the actress her muse. That's quite the feat for a thirteen year old!

I snapped this in the calm before the storm. Best I can do, but I think it came out kind of cute.
As many of you probably know, this is the last time that Fashion Week is being held in the Bryant Park tents, and I'm so happy I made it just in time to take part in this epic event. (From now on, Fashion Week will be held in Lincoln Center.) I am so thrilled to have been a part of this and to have had Nanette Lepore as my first show ever. I couldn't have asked for anything better and it was a day and an experience I know I'll never forget.
I am seeing Abigail Breslin tomorrow night in "The Miracle Worker"! SO excited!!
