My Spring Fling

If I had $1,000 for a new spring wardrobe, here's how I'd spend it.

Lauren Moffatt a table at tallievent tulip dress, $395
I love her feminine, frilly pieces. The combination of colors, neckline, lace, and embellishments really make this dress for me.

J. Crew classic leather ballet flats, $110
I'd get two pairs - poppy and sour lemon.

Kendra Scott maren earrings, $90
I recently scored a pair of like kate spade earrings at the outlet on sale for $22 from $95 to go with a Rebecca Taylor dress I also scored at the outlets. But the purple color doesn't pop against my hair, meaning I'll have to wear it up. The vibrant color of these earrings would allow me to wear and go - no updo necessary.

Love Quotes hand knotted tassel scarf, $88
Picturing this with a simple black dress, a ponytail and my Chanel flats.

Lands End Canvas empire waist dress, $69.50
Love the simple but fresh silhouette. I'd get it in green.

J. Crew scallop lace shell, $48
Would pair this with white jeans or a cargo skirt.

J. Crew Factory cropped ruffle cardigan, $29.50
Adore the cut and the color. To throw over dresses.

J. Crew Factory braided tab belt, $22.50
To wear over striped dresses.

Ta-Da! Still have a few leftover bucks for fresh flowers.

Happy almost spring! What's on your Spring Fling list?

  1. Love those Kendra Scott earrings. I recently visited her boutique in Austin and picked up some fab turquoise earrings!

  3. I've been lusting after that Lauren Moffat dress from the minute I saw it. It's perfect in every way! I think that might have to be my "birthday" dress this year, i.e. the ridic $$ dress I buy to wear to dinner and forget how old I am. :)

  4. I love everything on your list. I wish I had a spare $1000 to go shopping for spring clothes.

  5. Money well spent! I would buy tons of new skirts, dresses and shorts in a rainbow of colors if I had the extra dough. And maybe 5 more pairs of Jack Rogers...
