Happy 4th birthday, JGIWC

This past weekend I celebrated four hilarious, capricious, arduous, glorious years of Jewish Girl in Wasp's Clothing. Not a day goes by in which I don't reflect on the fact that this blog has changed my life.

Celebrating JGIWC's 3rd birthday last year in Florida

I always like to look back on who I was then and think about who I am now. I've told you time and again that I started JGIWC because between being stuck in a dungeon of a cubicle at a dead end job and dating jerks who treated me like crap because I was too insecure to go out and search for better, I was desperate for some sort of creative outlet. My, how the times have changed! I am so proud of how much I've changed and how far both my blog and I have come.

I do want you to know that I am working on my first book, and I hope that when I'm celebrating JGIWC's 5th birthday, I'm also celebrating being a published author (or at least being well on my way!).

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your words of encouragement, your endless support, and your willingness to come back time and again to read about my take on life. There are no words to properly express my gratitude but please know that I KNOW that none of this would be possible or meaningful without all of you.

Happy birthday dear JGIWC. You are always and forever the little blog that could.
