This weekend I am traveling to the great state of TEXAS! I lived in Dallas for five years and miss it every single day. Such an underrated city and really, really good place to grow up and live.
I often miss the delicacies of the Lone Star State... BBQ, Tex-Mex, and lots of little odds and ends, like cookies at Celebrity Bakery. Oh my goodness... nothing like 'em.
I also would really love a new pair of cowboy boots. I had Justins awhile back and one day they literally began to hurt so much that I had to take them off on my walk home and throw them in the garbage. Thank God I had a pair of flip flops in my bag! (The ones in the photo above were my mom's!)
Really looking forward to my trip down South and sharing my stories and photos with you upon my return.
