4 pick-me-ups and 1 great pick-up line
A goal that I should have put on the list for June (and certainly will for July) is to better manage my stress levels. My anxiety has lowered considerably over the past few years but I still get overwhelmed too easily. It's been a nutty couple of weeks, and I always like to stop for a few minutes and think about the little things that have kept me smiling (and sane).
